SIOUX CITY, IA -
Restore America Now. That was Ron Paul's slogan as he made a campaign stop in Sioux City Tuesday afternoon.
A crowd of more than one hundred turned out to meet the 2012 Presidential Candidate at Sioux City's Stoney Creek Inn.
His main focus: changing and bringing stability to America's economy. One of the first steps in his plan: bringing the troops home and cutting foreign aid.
"Over a trillion and a half dollars a year, we're still subsidizing Japan for their defense and South Korea, we pay and subsidize Germany for their defense. Just think if we could just immediately bring our troops home, and have them spend all their money here at home instead of overseas," says Ron Paul, a 2012 Republican Presidential Candidate.
Paul says he also plans on gradually doing away with the Federal Reserve.
