We got more than we bargained for today in terms of sunshine across the area. Here in Sioux City highs topped the 50 degree mark as it was a beautiful afternoon.
The much advertised clipper front will slide into the area brining a slight chance for late rain during the overnight hours, and then during the day on Thursday look for that to mix with some snow. We could see some heavy accumulations as you go north towards the Iowa/Minnesota border.
A few flakes should linger on Friday, but Saturday looks just fine.
